When does it launch?
The app is built and we are finishing it up. We are not naming a date, because Apple has to approve it before anyone can download it and that timing is not ours to promise. Join the list and you will hear the day it goes live.
Does the app cost anything?
No. The app is free. You pay us for a PC, not for software.
Do I need an account?
You can browse prebuilts and the shop without one. Quotes, build tracking, orders, and messages need an account, the same one you would use on hokagetech.com. Signing in with Apple, Google, or email all work.
What about Android?
Android comes after iOS ships. There is no Android build yet, so we are not going to pretend there is a date for it.
Does the website still work the same way?
Yes. Nothing moves. Accept a quote on your phone and it is accepted on the site a second later, and the other way around. Your builds, orders, and messages are the same in both places.
Will I still get my 6-month warranty?
The warranty is attached to the build, not to how you ordered it: 6 months of parts and labor, plus lifetime build support for as long as you own the PC. The app just gives you another way to reach us about it.
