The rules for using the Hokage Tech app and ordering a custom build: quotes, deposits, payments, warranty coverage, and what we expect from each other.

1. Agreement to These Terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Hokage Tech, a small, independently owned custom gaming PC business based in Aventura, Florida. By creating an account or placing an order through the Hokage Tech app, you agree to them. If you are under 18, you may use our services only with a parent or guardian's consent.
2. Custom Build Orders, Quotes, and Deposits
Every build starts with a request: you tell us your budget, games, and goals, and we respond with an itemized quote.
An order is accepted when we confirm it and payment (or the required deposit) has cleared. We may decline or cancel an order for pricing errors, part unavailability, or suspected fraud — if we cancel, anything you have paid for work not performed is refunded.
- quotes are itemized and honest — part prices move with the market, so a quote is valid for the window stated on it
- a deposit may be required before we order parts for your build; the deposit amount is always stated on your quote
- the remaining balance is due before pickup, approved local delivery, or any approved special fulfillment
- if a quoted part becomes unavailable, we will propose a substitute of equal or better performance before making any change
3. Payments
All payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Prices are in US dollars, and applicable sales tax is added where required.
Once parts have been ordered for your build, cancellation may be subject to supplier restocking fees and the cost of labor already performed. We will always tell you the exact number before processing a cancellation.
4. Warranty and Build Support
Every Hokage Tech build includes a 6-month parts and labor warranty and lifetime build support.
For 6 months from handoff, if a component in your build fails under normal use or an assembly issue appears, we repair or replace it — parts and labor included. Components also carry their own manufacturer warranties, which run much longer, and we handle the RMA paperwork for you.
Lifetime build support means that for as long as you own the PC, you can message us with questions about it — configuration, troubleshooting, upgrade advice — at no charge.
The warranty does not cover:
- physical, liquid, or accidental damage after delivery
- damage from power surges or improper power delivery
- unauthorized repair attempts or customer modifications
- overclocking or undervolting not performed or approved by Hokage Tech
- software issues, malware, or data loss
- normal cosmetic wear
5. Messaging and Conduct
The app includes messaging between you and Hokage Tech. When using it, you agree to:

- use the app's messaging for build, order, and support communication
- do not send abusive, harassing, threatening, or unlawful content
- do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
- do not use the app for fraud or misrepresentation
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hokage Tech's total liability for any claim arising out of an order or the use of the app is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost data — please back up your files before sending any machine in for service.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer protection law gives you and that cannot be waived.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, is always posted at this page. Changes apply to orders placed after the change takes effect.
