Warranty & Support

Covered the way it should be.

Every Hokage Tech build includes a 6-month build warranty on my assembly work, plus the full manufacturer warranty on every component I install. No middleman, no insurance wordplay, if something’s wrong, I fix it.

6-Month Build Warranty

Starts the day your PC is delivered. Covers the work I did, the assembly, the cabling, the thermals, the initial configuration. If any of those break in the first 6 months, I’ll make it right.

Manufacturer Part Warranties

Every component I install carries its original manufacturer warranty, typically 3 years for GPUs, 3-5 years for CPUs, up to 10 years for RAM and storage. If a part fails, I help you file the claim directly with the manufacturer.

What my warranty covers

  • Assembly and workmanship — cable routing, cooler mounting, fan orientation.
  • Thermal behavior under load — if your rig runs hot or loud under sustained gaming, that's on us.
  • Cable re-seating and connector issues caused during shipping or initial setup.
  • Fan replacement when one of our supplied fans fails inside the coverage window.
  • OS and driver configuration issues present at delivery.

What it doesn’t cover

  • Physical damage caused by drops, spills, or modification after delivery.
  • Component failures — those are covered directly by the part's manufacturer warranty.
  • Overclocking beyond factory spec, or changes to the motherboard BIOS after delivery.
  • Software installed by the customer and any third-party peripheral issues.

How to request service

  1. 1Open a service ticket from your client portal, or email info@hokagetech.com. Describe what’s happening and attach a photo or video if it helps.
  2. 2Most issues get diagnosed over email or a short video call. If the fix is a BIOS setting or a cable reseat, you’ll be gaming again within the hour.
  3. 3If something needs physical service under warranty, I cover inbound shipping. For component failures covered by manufacturer warranty, I file the RMA on your behalf and ship the replacement once it arrives.
