Every Hokage Tech build comes with a 6-month parts and labor warranty and lifetime build support. Here is what is covered and how to reach us when you need a hand.
Warranty at a Glance
Every PC we build is covered from the day it arrives:
Warranty coverage does not include physical or liquid damage, power surges, unauthorized modifications, or software issues — the full details are in our Terms of Service.
- 6-month parts and labor warranty on every build — if a component fails under normal use or an assembly issue shows up, we repair or replace it at no charge, parts and labor included
- lifetime build support — for as long as you own the PC, you can message us about it: configuration questions, troubleshooting, upgrade advice, anything
- manufacturer warranties on individual components run much longer — typically 3 years for GPUs, 3-5 years for CPUs, up to 10 years for RAM and storage; if a part fails, we handle the RMA paperwork for you
How to Get Help
Hokage Tech is a small shop, so when you reach out you are talking directly to the person who built your PC. Two ways to reach us:

- in the app: open Messages and send us a note — this is the fastest way to reach us, and your order history is right there with the conversation
- by email: info@hokagetech.com — include your name and, if you have one, your order number
Repairs and Upgrades
Builds grow with you. If you want more storage, a GPU upgrade, better cooling, or a fresh look, message us — we will quote the upgrade and can install it for you.
We also take repair and diagnostic work on PCs we did not build. Describe the symptoms in a message or email, and we will let you know what the diagnosis involves before any work begins.
Account and Data
You can delete your account and data at any time from the Profile screen in the iOS app, or by emailing us. For details on what we store and how we handle it, see our Privacy Policy.
