The short version: we collect only what we need to build your PC, run your account, and — if you ask for it — tell you when the app launches. We show you no ads, we track you across no apps, and we sell your data to no one.

1. Who We Are

Hokage Tech is a small, independently owned custom gaming PC business based in Aventura, Florida. This policy covers the Hokage Tech iOS app, our website at hokagetech.com, and the services we provide through them. It is written to be read, not skimmed past — if anything is unclear, email us and we will give you a straight answer.

2. Information We Collect

We only collect what we need to build your PC, run your account, and — if you ask for it — tell you when the app launches.

Account information:

  • your name, email address, and phone number
  • account credentials, handled by Firebase Authentication — if you use Sign in with Apple or Google, we receive only the name and email (or private relay email) those services share with us, never your password

Order and purchase information:

  • build requests, quotes, and order history
  • repair and upgrade requests, selected service, Windows PC or gaming-computer description, reported symptoms, diagnosis, drop-off status, and service history
  • purchase and payment records (payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number)

Content you provide:

  • photos you choose to upload, such as build references, service-condition photos, message attachments, or a profile avatar
  • messages you send us through the app's messaging feature

Mobile app waitlist:

  • your email address, and only if you voluntarily submit it to be notified when our mobile app launches
  • we use that email address solely to send the launch notification — we do not share it beyond the service providers listed in Section 4
  • if you are signed in when you submit the form, we note which account it came from, so that deleting your account also removes the signup
  • submitting the waitlist form does not create an account, and we will remove your email from the list whenever you ask by emailing us at info@hokagetech.com

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • provide custom gaming-PC and Windows-PC services — diagnosis, repair, upgrades, assembly, drive cloning, pickup, and approved local delivery or special fulfillment where offered
  • fulfill and keep records of your orders
  • answer your messages and provide support and warranty service
  • notify you when our mobile app launches, if you asked us to
  • keep your account secure and prevent fraud or abuse

4. Service Providers We Rely On

We do not run our own servers. Two companies process data on our behalf:

Neither provider is permitted to use your data for their own advertising purposes on our behalf.

  • Google Firebase — authentication, database, and file storage. Your account data, orders, photos, messages, and waitlist email address are stored on Google Cloud infrastructure in the United States.
  • Stripe — payment processing. When you pay a deposit or invoice, your card details go directly to Stripe and are handled under Stripe's privacy policy.

5. No Ads, No Tracking, No Selling Data

Neither the app nor hokagetech.com carries third-party advertising, advertising SDKs, or cross-app tracking. We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we do not share it with data brokers. We only disclose personal information if the law requires it.

6. Data Retention

We keep account information while your account is active. We keep a waitlist email address until the launch announcement goes out or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first. Build, repair, payment, warranty, and invoice records may be kept longer for service history, fraud prevention, dispute handling, tax, and accounting obligations. We remove or anonymize information when it is no longer reasonably needed.

7. Deleting Your Account and Data

You can delete your account and its data at any time, in either of two ways:

After deletion, we may retain order and invoice records that we are legally required to keep (for example, for tax purposes), but they are no longer linked to an active account.

  • open the Hokage Tech iOS app, go to the Profile screen, and tap "Delete account" — after recent authentication, the app starts secure account deletion, revokes applicable sign-in authorization, removes or anonymizes profile details, and schedules deletion of uploaded photos, messages, and records we are not legally required to retain; durable cleanup may take up to 30 days if a provider must retry
  • email us at info@hokagetech.com from the email address on your account and we will delete it for you

8. Children

The app and our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Security

Your data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access controls on Firebase infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep the amount of data we hold small and limit who can access it — in practice, that is the owner of the business.

10. Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date. Meaningful changes will also be noted on hokagetech.com and in the app.
