If your review is approved for publication, the public reviews page may show your chosen display name, star rating, review title, review text, recommendation flag, subject label, and any owner reply associated with that review.

Build progress information, build timelines, and build photos are available to the signed-in customer through the customer portal and are not intended as a public feature.

If you post publicly about Hokage Tech on third-party platforms, tag us, or otherwise submit public-facing content outside the app, that information may also be visible to others under the rules of those platforms.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide products and services, maintain customer and service records, support build and service history, respond to support issues, prevent fraud or abuse, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
