All product descriptions, images, specifications, compatibility notes, and pricing are provided for convenience and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. Product images may not always match the exact final hardware, model revision, brand variant, or packaging.
Hokage Tech does not guarantee that all listed products, components, or services will be available at all times. We reserve the right to substitute components with equal or better performance, compatibility, or value when necessary due to inventory shortages, discontinued parts, supplier issues, or pricing changes, unless a specific no-substitution agreement is confirmed by us in writing.
You are responsible for reviewing your quote, invoice, and order confirmation carefully and notifying us promptly of any error.
4. Order Acceptance
Your request for a quote, consultation, repair, or purchase does not guarantee acceptance. Hokage Tech reserves the right to accept, reject, cancel, or limit any order or service request at any time and for any reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, product unavailability, compatibility concerns, or inability to verify billing or shipping information.
An order is not considered fully accepted until payment is received and confirmed, and we begin processing the order.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.
You agree to pay all applicable charges, including:
Payment may be required in full or in part before work begins. Hokage Tech reserves the right to require deposits for custom builds, special-order parts, and other made-to-order services.
If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amounts paid, or offer you the option to proceed at the corrected price.
- Product and service charges
- Shipping and handling
- Sales tax, if applicable
- Diagnostic fees
- Labor charges
- Travel or on-site service charges, where applicable
- Additional fees for custom requests, rush jobs, or special-order parts
6. Custom Builds and Compatibility
Custom PC builds are assembled based on the specifications selected by the customer or recommended based on the customer’s stated needs, budget, and preferences. While we strive to ensure compatibility and performance, the customer is responsible for reviewing and approving the final part list before build completion.
Performance may vary depending on software, game optimization, drivers, operating system updates, thermal conditions, user settings, and third-party hardware or software.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, Hokage Tech does not guarantee any specific benchmark score, FPS result, overclock result, noise level, aesthetic appearance, or future compatibility with unpurchased upgrades.
7. Special Orders and Custom Requests
Any part or item ordered specifically at the customer’s request, especially non-stock or special-order items, may be non-refundable and non-cancelable once ordered.
Custom aesthetic work, specialty finishes, vinyl, paint, themed parts, cable work, engraving, or other one-off modifications may not be reversible and may not be eligible for refund once work begins.
8. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if processing has not materially begun. Once parts are ordered, labor has started, a build is in progress, or services have been performed, cancellation may be denied or subject to fees.
If a cancellation is approved, Hokage Tech may deduct any non-recoverable costs, including but not limited to:
Deposits may be non-refundable if disclosed at the time of sale.
- Payment processing fees
- Labor already performed
- Diagnostic time
- Special-order or non-returnable parts
- Shipping costs
- Restocking fees charged by suppliers
- A reasonable internal restocking or teardown fee
9. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed. Build times, repair times, and delivery estimates may vary due to parts availability, supplier delays, testing time, holidays, carrier delays, weather, fraud checks, or other factors beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for shipped products pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier, to the extent permitted by law. If a package is lost, delayed, damaged, or misdelivered in transit, Hokage Tech will reasonably assist with a carrier claim, but we are not responsible for carrier-caused delays or losses beyond any insurance recovery actually received.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned due to incorrect address information, refusal, or failed delivery attempts.
Shipping charges are non-refundable once an item has shipped.
10. Inspections Upon Delivery
You agree to inspect your package and system promptly upon delivery. Any claim for visible shipping damage, missing items, or delivery-related issues must be reported to Hokage Tech within 5 business days of delivery.
Failure to report shipping-related issues within that period may limit available remedies.
11. Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. Hokage Tech does not accept returns on custom-built systems, prebuilt systems, parts, peripherals, software, accessories, labor, diagnostics, service work, upgrades, custom aesthetic work, shipping charges, travel fees, or payment processing fees, except where required by law or where Hokage Tech confirms otherwise in writing.
Custom builds, approved quotes, special-order parts, repair work, diagnostics, service appointments, and installed upgrades are non-returnable and non-refundable once payment is accepted and processing or work has begun.
If we voluntarily approve a cancellation before processing materially begins, any refund may be reduced by non-recoverable costs, third-party fees, or amounts otherwise permitted under these Terms.
12. Repairs, Diagnostics, and Service Work
Diagnostic findings are based on the condition of the equipment at the time of inspection and testing. Some issues are intermittent, evolve over time, or are caused by multiple components. Hokage Tech does not guarantee that every issue will be identified in a single diagnostic session.
By submitting a device for service, you authorize Hokage Tech to inspect, test, disassemble, reassemble, install parts, reinstall software, reset firmware, and perform reasonable troubleshooting steps necessary to diagnose or repair the issue.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, repaired devices must be picked up or paid for within a reasonable time after completion. Devices left unclaimed for more than 30 days after notice of completion may be subject to storage fees, disposal, resale, or recycling to recover unpaid balances, to the extent permitted by law.
13. Customer Data and Backups
Before submitting any device, drive, or computer to Hokage Tech, you are solely responsible for backing up all data and removing or protecting any personal, confidential, or sensitive information you do not want accessed, lost, altered, or exposed.
Hokage Tech is not responsible for data loss, software corruption, reinstallations, drive failure, operating system issues, account lockouts, or loss of access resulting from diagnostics, repair work, upgrades, malware removal, hardware failure, or necessary troubleshooting procedures.
14. Warranty Disclaimer and Limited Warranty
Unless a separate written warranty is provided by Hokage Tech, all products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
If Hokage Tech provides a limited workmanship warranty, that warranty applies only to the specific labor or assembly work identified by us in writing and does not replace or extend any manufacturer warranty on third-party parts.
A workmanship warranty, if offered, does not cover:
Manufacturer warranties on individual parts are handled according to the policies of the part manufacturer unless Hokage Tech expressly agrees otherwise.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hokage Tech’s total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a product or service shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer to Hokage Tech for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
